By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SusAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SusAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SusAI is an AI-powered behavioral analysis application that uses computer vision and audio processing to analyze nonverbal communication cues. The App captures video and audio recordings with your explicit permission, processes them through artificial intelligence models, and provides analysis results including truth scores and behavioral breakdowns.
The App is designed for entertainment, curiosity, and educational purposes only. SusAI does NOT function as a scientifically validated lie detector, polygraph, or forensic tool. Analysis results are generated by AI models interpreting visual and audio cues based on behavioral psychology research, but they are not diagnostic, deterministic, or guaranteed to be accurate.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Certain features of the App require you to provide your own third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini). You are solely responsible for:
We do not store your API keys on our servers. API keys are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your API keys.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

SusAI offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, refunds, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective platform's terms. We do not directly process payments.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, and service marks displayed in the App are owned by or licensed to SusAI and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUSAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SusAI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top and, where practicable, providing notice through the App.
Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
